We are very fortunate to now have UPS in our neighborhood. I have already used several of the services that they offer and I couldn’t be more pleased. The management and it’s staff could not be more pleasant, organized, professional and personable. I can highly recommend.

Excellent Service and Super Efficient! I had a fantastic experience at this UPS Store. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I came in to ship a few packages and also needed help with printing some documents. They walked me through everything clearly and made sure all the labels and paperwork were handled correctly. The store was clean, organized, and well-stocked with shipping supplies, which made the process even smoother. I really appreciated how quickly everything was taken care of—no long waits, just fast and professional service. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here. I had an excellent experience at this UPS store. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and were incredibly friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to answer my questions and made sure everything with my package was handled quickly and correctly. I’ve visited many UPS locations in the past, but I’ve never received this level of customer service before. The staff here truly made the process stress-free and pleasant, which is rare when running errands. I will definitely be coming back to this location and highly recommend it to others looking for great service.

Having this UPS store in Oyster Bay has been a great help when mailing services are performed; the staff is consistently very welcoming, prompt, accurate, and informative. It's larger than most which allows more staff to assist customers as soon as they enter. Never has it been necessary for us to wait to be assisted..

I had a very delicate item of an angel with wings and birds with wings that I needed to have sent down south and was so worried it would be broken when it arrived. So happy to say that UPS in Oyster Bay NY packed this item so well that it arrived with nothing broken! The staff at this location are SO nice and SO helpful! Thanks so much for the amazing customer service

Normally you know what to expect when going to UPS. Same experience at each one. But this one was different. I was helped by Daniel, I believe he might be the manager. He was courteous, friendly, and made the exchange feel like I was working with a friend, not that I was just another person in line. Most other UPS stores made me feel like I was on an assembly line. Wait in line, do my business, leave. But Daniel went above and beyond to make the experience personal. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. The location also was a one stop shop with multiple services, like passports, mailboxes, etc, not just shipping. I definitely will use this location again, especially if I get to work with him, and I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone who wants excellent personal service.
